Responsibilities

- Manage POS systems such as Toast and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.

- Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, demonstrating effective time management and multitasking skills.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender.
- Familiarity with Toast POS.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments within the food industry or hospitality sector.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Strong basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
