Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate service protocols.
- Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure seamless service without interruptions.
- Have a total understanding of both food and beverage menus to help curate a memorable experience for all guests.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests warmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
Pay: $13.78 - $40.00 per hour
