Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Construction Site Manager in Buffalo, NY. This is a full-time, direct hire position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Management of various projects at a time.
- Oversee numerous teams within a project lifecycle.
- Maintain consistent client communications, ensuring alignment of project objectives.
- Coordinate the work of numerous contractors and ensure they work within established regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for general technical guidance.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- 5 years experience in general building construction and MEP systems construction for renovation projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead various teams effectively.
- Experience with Hospital or Medical Facility projects is required.
- It is preferred that a candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction related fields.
- OSHA 30 Certification is required.
