Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Sales Director to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain relationship with clients and strategic partners.
- Generation of new leads.
- Ensure sales team achieve sales targets.
- Research and identification of market trends and business opportunities.
- Hiring and training of employees as required.
- Oversight of sales strategies for company products and services.
- Oversee forecasts, performance metrics, and reports.
- Promotion of the company at events.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in sales management.
- Understands the B2B sales processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience with installation and fabrication is preferable.
- Experience with the construction, printing, or advertising industries is preferable.
- Proficient with customer relationship management.
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
