Infrastructure Manager
Take the lead in shaping resilient and innovative infrastructure strategies in a dynamic environment. As the Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee the design, operation, and continuous improvement of the on-premises data center and disaster recovery sites, ensuring maximum uptime and security for supporting the business and users. Your expertise will drive operational excellence while leading a dedicated team responsible for critical infrastructure services that underpin the organization's success.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 7 years of experience in infrastructure or data center management
- Proven track record managing enterprise data centers and disaster recovery environments
- Hands-on proficiency with VMware, Hyper-V, and Windows Server clustering
- Deep understanding of physical and virtual server platforms
- Experience developing and executing backup, recovery, and DR failover processes
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising technical teams and managing cross-functional projects
- Strong troubleshooting skills complemented by excellent documentation and operational discipline
Nice to Have Skills:
- Supporting hybrid environments integrating on-premises and cloud platforms such as Azure
- Managing virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments
- Familiarity with Commvault backup solutions and enterprise monitoring tools like SCOM and SCCM
- Experience in regulated or audit-intensive sectors
- Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Security, Infrastructure)
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
- Extensive hands-on experience in data center operations and infrastructure management
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to support disaster recovery testing, planning, and execution
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and documenting procedures
- Willingness to oversee a hybrid work environment - 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home
