Role Description The Operator role at Waffle House, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position located in Nashville, TN. Operators oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, coordinating food preparation and service, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role includes monitoring inventory, placing orders, and managing cash handling and basic financial reporting.
