Job Description:
- Operate a Dozer with high precision for fine grading, leveling, backfilling, and shaping surfaces for various projects, including roads and buildings.
- Perform grading and base stone installation in compliance with DOT, local, and commercial specifications.
- Interpret and implement architectural plans and specifications (e.g., application rates, grades, slope, drainage) to ensure accurate grade and base construction.
- Conduct daily pre- and post-operation inspections, perform routine maintenance, and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with other operators, surveyors, and supervisors to achieve project goals efficiently and accurately. Report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
- Work with the management team to stay current on product knowledge and any relevant changes.
Skills Needed:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a Dozer is required.
- Experience operating a Motor Grader is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Available to work weekends (specifically Saturdays).
Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
