Role Description The Restaurant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Jackson, MS, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service. This role includes managing and coaching associates, supervising food preparation and safety, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining cleanliness and operational standards. The manager will handle scheduling, staffing, and training, while supporting a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with Waffle House values. Additional responsibilities include monitoring sales and costs, resolving guest concerns, and implementing company policies and procedures. The Restaurant Operations Manager collaborates with leadership to meet performance goals and support long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality management, including staff supervision, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
- Skills in customer service, conflict resolution, and fostering a welcoming environment for guests and associates.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and basic kitchen operations.
