Role Description The Restaurant Manager role at Waffle House in Brandon, MS is a full-time, on-site position responsible for leading daily restaurant operations. This role oversees team members, ensures high standards of food quality and safety, and maintains a clean, welcoming environment for guests. The manager handles scheduling, training, hiring, and performance coaching, while monitoring sales, costs, and inventory to meet operational and financial goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers, resolving issues, upholding company policies, and modeling Waffle House values on every shift. This position also collaborates with district leadership to implement initiatives, support continuous improvement, and develop team members for future roles.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build repeat business and resolve concerns promptly.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and leadership, including clear direction and feedback.
- Experience with Hiring, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding team members in a fast-paced environment.
