- Customer Service and Communication skills to build strong relationships with staff and customers
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to address challenges and ensure operational success
- Financial Acumen, including knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and revenue optimization
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
