Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of sales associates and licensed therapists
- Managing core operational functions including payroll, timekeeping, and daily financial processes
- Driving sales performance by monitoring metrics, setting goals, and executing strategic plans
- Overseeing team development, training, and performance management to build a strong, engaged staff
- Ensuring smooth front desk operations, scheduling efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Tracking KPIs, managing inventory, and preparing reports to support business decisions
- Acting as a key liaison with upper management to communicate performance and opportunities
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in retail, service, or a fast-paced business environment

Compensation & Benefits:
- $40,000-45,000 starting pay (base bonus commission)
