What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Commerce Operations Coordinator position at NexTech Operations LLC?
Experience Needed:
- Experience listing products on eBay, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, Facebook Marketplace, or similar e-commerce platforms
- Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Skills:
- Strong attention to detail when working with serial numbers, model numbers, and product specifications
- Ability to multitask between product listings, customer support, inventory, and shipping
- Knowledge of computer hardware and consumer electronics is a plus
Daily Activities:
- Create and manage product listings on eBay, Amazon, and Walmart Marketplace
- Research pricing and optimize listings for maximum visibility and sales
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure inventory accuracy and product availability
- Verify model numbers, serial numbers, and product specifications before listing
- Assist with customer messages, returns, and marketplace-related issues
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
