Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Community Association Managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management branch, ensuring efficient workflows and hi-quality service delivery.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve branch objectives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted adviser and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational metrics to meet or exceed branch targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide innovative solutions.
- Identifybusiness developmentopportunities and participate in marketing efforts to expand the branch's client base.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Community Association Manager, with significant experience in aleadershipor management role.
- Active Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM) license is required.
- CMCA and AMS certifications are preferred
- Strongleadership, organizational, and management skills with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving results.
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge ofcommunity association managementprinciples,financial management, and governing documents.
- Proven business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Experience inbudgeting, financial analysis, and delivering financial results.
- Proficiency inproperty management software,Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant industry tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Flexibility may be required to attend meetings, events, or address urgent matters.
