The Payroll Clerk Intern is an accounting support position in a fast paced accounting services environment providing financial services to community associations.
Duties
Duties and Skills:
Phone calls to clients and vendors.
Opening and Sorting incoming mail.
Research open and pending items in multiple platforms.
Communicate with various departments on current action items.
Set up and assign vendors as needed.
A/P emails to clients and vendors.
Requirements
Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
Professional customer service skills.
Paid Parking Included.
