We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our client’s Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you will partner closely with business and technology teams to design and deliver Salesforce-based solutions that elevate business processes and drive an Optimal Customer Experience (OCR).

As a Lead BSA, you will play a key role in requirements discovery, backlog management, and Agile delivery, helping the organization fully leverage Salesforce as a strategic platform.
Salesforce Products in Scope: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, and Copado.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison and subject matter resource between business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams
- Work within an Agile environment to understand Epic vision, decompose features, and support user story prioritization
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions, ensuring user stories include clear acceptance criteria and are ready for sprint planning
- Partner with Agile teams and stakeholders to document source-to-target data mappings as needed
- Identify, quantify, and help mitigate project risks and issues
- Collaborate with Application BSAs to identify and escalate impediments to the Scrum Master
- Ensure backlog health by maintaining sufficient, well-defined user stories to support delivery flexibility
- Provide leadership and guidance to other BSAs on the project team
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- 2 years of experience using SOQL for ad-hoc queries and data analysis
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience leading or mentoring other BSAs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services or banking industry
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Financial Services Cloud preferred)
- Salesforce Administration certifications
- Proven success working within high-performing Agile teams
