We are seeking a Tradeshow Specialist to manage and execute tradeshow and event logistics in support of marketing and sales initiatives. This role is responsible for end-to-end coordination of events, vendor management, freight logistics, and cross-functional collaboration in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute 25 to 30 tradeshows annually including regional and national events
- Coordinate distributor events, open houses, and marketing showcases
- Serve as the primary contact for event logistics, vendors, and service contractors
- Manage vendor relationships including Freeman, GES, and other contractors
- Order show services including labor, materials, and utilities
- Coordinate freight logistics including shipping, tracking, and returns
- Work with warehouse teams on packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event execution with business goals
- Maintain and organize booth assets, displays, and demonstration equipment
- Oversee booth maintenance and storage
- Manage event-related sales orders in ERP systems such as Sage 100
- Travel occasionally for events and coordination (less than 5%)
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, packing, and staging materials
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5 years of experience in tradeshow planning, event logistics, or marketing operations
- Experience working with tradeshow contractors such as Freeman and GES
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using ERP systems such as Sage 100 or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work in an on-site, hands-on environment

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
