Role Description The Terrain Park Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Flagstaff, AZ. This role is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the daily setup, maintenance, and safety of all terrain park features, including jumps, rails, boxes, and signage. The Terrain Park Manager leads and schedules the terrain park crew, coordinates with grooming and ski patrol teams, and conducts regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and resort standards. Daily work includes hands-on feature building and tuning, monitoring park conditions, managing guest flow, and responding to weather-related changes to maintain optimal park quality. The role also collaborates with marketing and events teams to support terrain park competitions, photo/video shoots, and special events while providing outstanding guest service on the hill.

- Need experienced terrain park operators. With 5 years of terrain park, snowcat experience
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead, train, and motivate a terrain park crew; experience with scheduling, task assignment, and performance feedback.
- Communication and Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and provide a positive, professional experience for guests of all abilities.
- Budgeting and Resource Management: Experience monitoring budgets, managing supplies and equipment, and prioritizing projects to meet operational and financial goals.
- Recreation and Terrain Park Operations: Background in snow sports or outdoor recreation, including terrain park design, feature construction, risk management, and familiarity with industry safety standards.
- Additional Qualifications: Prior ski resort or terrain park experience strongly preferred; ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions; willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; valid driver's license and ability to operate snow equipment (or willingness to be trained).
