Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis of building elements and systems.
- Review building codes, standards, and technical references.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports and repair drawings.
- Develop floor elevation surveys and conduct peer reviews.
- Refine and enhance internal templates to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Apply sound engineering judgment, problem-solving skills, and evidence-based decision-making.
- Communicate effectively and maintain professional boundaries.
- Visualize structural components conceptually and perform traditional checks on analysis results.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in any U.S. state (ability to obtain Kentucky P.E. license over time).
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and building behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Construction field experience or hands-on background highly desirable.
- Curiosity, integrity, and a commitment to continuous learning.

- Revit Structure
- RISA 3D
- Bluebeam
- Microsoft Word & Excel
- Custom spreadsheets and online engineering tools
