Our client is looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on projects involving Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) and cold room/clean room facilities in the life sciences sector.

- Create construction drawings and specs using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
- Work with architects, contractors, and engineers to integrate designs.
- Conduct site visits to review conditions and monitor construction.
- Provide guidance to junior engineers and review their work.
- Prepare reports, project documents, and presentations.
- Join project meetings and advise on design and material selection.
- Strong background in structural design and detailing.
- Experience with IMP and cold room facilities.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- P.E. license required.
- At least 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience in energy-efficient design for cold storage/refrigeration.
- Knowledge of codes and standards for cold rooms and IMP.
- Familiarity with sustainable design/LEED practices.
