We are looking for a talented, experienced sales leader to compliment and accelerate our rapid growth. This role will oversee sales operations in Omaha, Fremont, Council Bluffs and Lincoln. Stations include Boomer Radio Omaha/Lincoln, The Heartlands Christian Voice 660AM, The Best Mix 105.5 and Big Dog Country 98.9/1340 in Fremont and Bluffs Country 106.5 in Council Bluffs. We also have several exclusive sports franchises such and Husker Sports, KC Chiefs, Midland University, The Omaha Supernovas, Iowa Hawkeyes and several local high schools.

This is a full-time role for a Director of Sales located in Omaha, Nebraska. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing the sales operations, leading and motivating a sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes overseeing business development activities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and working closely with other departments to optimize the sales process.
