About Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates
CSA is a surgeon-led aesthetic practice built on trust, expertise, and personalized patient care. Our surgeons are deeply involved in every patient journey, combining technical excellence with a commitment to helping patients feel confident and informed at every stage of treatment.
A surgeon-led organization founded on the philosophy of "Unity in Uniqueness." While CSA retains its own identity, culture, and clinical autonomy, provides centralized support in areas such as marketing strategy, brand systems, and operational infrastructure. This allows CSA to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
For social media, this means CSA remains the face of its brand. Our surgeons, patients, and in-clinic moments drive the content. Company supports behind the scenes by setting high-level strategy, frameworks, and brand standards that help CSA scale visibility and consistency without sacrificing authenticity.
The Social Media Coordinator role is a practice-level position embedded inside CSA, responsible for executing daily content that reflects the real people, procedures, and stories happening in the clinic while working within the broader marketing system.
The Role
The Social Media Coordinator is a practice-level content creator embedded inside the CSA clinic. This role is focused on capturing, creating, and posting short-form social media content every day that highlights CSA surgeons, patient journeys, and real in-clinic moments ultimately building brand presence across channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, filming content in real time, and turning everyday moments into engaging social posts. The Social Media Coordinator works within established content frameworks and brand guidelines provided by the Marketing Team, allowing them to focus fully on execution, creativity, and consistency rather than planning or strategy.
You'll collaborate closely with CSA leadership, surgeons, and patient coordinators, while partnering with the Social Media Manager who provides direction, structure, and creative guardrails. The result is a role that gives you clear guidance, creative freedom within defined parameters, and the opportunity to build strong content creation skills inside a fast-paced aesthetic practice.
