- Evaluate case merits and develop litigation strategies.
- Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
- Research applicable laws, statutes, and case law.
- Provide client counseling throughout the litigation process.
- Supervise and coordinate support staff as needed.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues.
Salary : $175,000 - $210,000
