Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this leadership role will guide clinical care strategy, staff development, and quality initiatives in a collaborative, community-based setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and medical oversight of all primary care services.
- Perform patient examinations, order and interpret diagnostics, and deliver appropriate treatment.
- Manage both acute and chronic conditions including preventive, well visits, follow-ups, and infection control.
- Support treatment related to HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, and Latent Tuberculosis.
- Collaborate across teams to implement evidence-based care standards and workflows.
- Lead patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist with provider recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing training.
- Ensure regulatory and clinical compliance while promoting a culture of excellence and equity.
