Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Prioritization: Own the executive's calendar with full discretion; evaluate, prioritize, and protect time for high-impact work
- Gatekeeping & Decision Support: Act as primary filter and first-level decision-maker; provide input and push back when needed
- Execution Management: Track initiatives, drive follow-ups, and ensure timely completion across stakeholders
- Communication: Serve as liaison; ensure alignment on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Personal & Business Support: Manage travel, logistics, and personal responsibilities; coordinate with external partners
- Operations & Process Improvement: Build systems, improve workflows, and create structure in dynamic environments
- 10 years supporting C-Suite executives
- Proven gatekeeping, decision-making, and execution experience
- Experience managing assistants and complex scheduling/travel
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Experience handling both business and personal responsibilities

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
