Responsibilities

  • Produce CAD drawings for land development and land use projects
  • Assist with planning and managing CAD workloads
  • Supervise and mentor junior CAD staff; identify training needs
  • Develop and maintain CAD standards, templates, and best practices
  • Perform QA/QC reviews of drawings and work products

Qualifications

  • 6 years of land development CAD design experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Strong experience with roadway, subdivision, and site grading design
  • Interest in new CAD technologies and evolving industry trends
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
