What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare survey drawings including boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys
- Process field data and create deliverables using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Collaborate closely with field crews and project managers
- Assist with construction layout drafting and plan production
- Maintain accuracy and organization across multiple active projects
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Survey CAD Technician (or similar role)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required)
- Experience with Carlson and/or survey data processing software is a plus
- Strong understanding of survey workflows and drafting standards
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
