What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a survey crew on a variety of projects including boundary, topographic, and construction layout
- Perform field data collection using modern survey equipment
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency on all field operations
- Coordinate with office staff and CAD team using cloud-based systems
- Serve as the point of contact in the field for project execution
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Survey Party Chief
- Strong knowledge of field procedures, boundary, topo, and construction layout
- Experience with Carlson and/or Trimble/Leica equipment preferred
- Ability to lead a crew and work independently
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
