About The Role

A fast-growing, AI-driven fund administration startup is seeking a Senior Associate of Fund Administration to support venture capital, private equity, and real estate clients. This role goes beyond traditional back-office work-you'll help build processes, improve operations, and shape the future of the fund administration function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 6-10 fund clients, including capital calls, distributions, financial reporting, and investor communications.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Utilize technology and AI tools to automate workflows and enhance client value.
• Work closely with leadership to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to building team culture as an early member of the fund administration group.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of fund administration experience (VC, PE, or real estate).
• Strong analytical, tech-savvy, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
