About Role
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to grow sales of our industrial waste management products - including bulk trash receptacles, bins, and related equipment - through wholesale and distribution channels. The ideal candidate has direct experience selling industrial or commercial products in a B2B environment, a proven track record managing bid and RFP processes, and established relationships with distributors, facility managers, or municipal buyers. This is an individual contributor role for a self-motivated closer who knows the space and can hit the ground running.

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to grow sales of our industrial waste management products - including bulk trash receptacles, bins, and related equipment - through wholesale and distribution channels. The ideal candidate has direct experience selling industrial or commercial products in a B2B environment, a proven track record managing bid and RFP processes, and established relationships with distributors, facility managers, or municipal buyers. This is an individual contributor role for a self-motivated closer who knows the space and can hit the ground running.
Duties
- Prospect, develop, and close new wholesale accounts across distributors, facility management companies, municipalities, and commercial buyers
- Manage the full bid and RFP process - identifying opportunities, preparing competitive proposals, coordinating pricing, and following through to contract award
- Actively pursue and manage government bids at the local, county, state, and federal levels, including GSA schedules, cooperative purchasing programs (e.g., NJPA/Sourcewell), and public procurement portals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, distributors, and key accounts
- Leverage product knowledge of industrial trash receptacles and waste management equipment to engage buyers and differentiate our offering
- Meet and exceed individual revenue targets and sales KPIs
- Track all sales activity, pipeline, and account notes accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade events, and industry functions
- Identify and communicate market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to the VP of Sales
