Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive ( Medical Device / Heavy equipment / Aviation)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring all customer commitments are met.
  • Support sales and business development initiatives to achieve or exceed company performance goals.
  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement strategies that maximize revenue and manage costs effectively.
  • Manage day-to-day activities across sales, marketing, and customer administration.
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports related to sales, business development, and supply chain operations.
  • Assist in preparing and evaluating business cases involving inventory, asset acquisitions, and sales opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry tradeshows, customer meetings, and events as needed.
  • Support the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Proven sales or account management experience - aviation sales preferred, but strong backgrounds in technical or high-value product sales (e.g., medical devices, heavy equipment, machinery, capital equipment) are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite.
  • High professionalism, integrity, and a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Motivated by performance-based compensation with significant commission potential.
