Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring all customer commitments are met.
- Support sales and business development initiatives to achieve or exceed company performance goals.
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement strategies that maximize revenue and manage costs effectively.
- Manage day-to-day activities across sales, marketing, and customer administration.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports related to sales, business development, and supply chain operations.
- Assist in preparing and evaluating business cases involving inventory, asset acquisitions, and sales opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry tradeshows, customer meetings, and events as needed.
- Support the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with assigned responsibilities.
- Proven sales or account management experience - aviation sales preferred, but strong backgrounds in technical or high-value product sales (e.g., medical devices, heavy equipment, machinery, capital equipment) are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time onsite.
- High professionalism, integrity, and a strong customer-focused mindset.
