We are seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Naples, FL. The Sales Executive will focus on driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering tailored health plan solutions. Key responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting market research, preparing proposals, presenting solutions to clients, and meeting sales targets. The role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, as well as a passion for providing client-centered solutions.
- Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
- Experience in Business Development, Prospecting, and Negotiation
- Knowledge of the health insurance or benefits industry is highly desirable
