- Conduct daily site visits, quality checks, and jobsite documentation
- Host weekly site meetings and generate updated stoplight/progress reports
- Enforce strict quality control at every milestone-from foundation to final punch list
- Troubleshoot issues quickly to avoid delays, rework, or budget variances
- Hold contractors and vendors accountable through structured communication and KPIs
- Maintain and improve SOPs, safety protocols, and documentation workflows
