What You'll Do

As a Regional Sales Director, you'll be the face of our company in your territory. Your primary mission is to increase sales and profitability by:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our dealers.
  • Identifying and onboarding new accounts to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborating with our manufacturing sales team to create strategic growth plans.
  • Training dealers on the value and use of our diverse product lines, from pool panels to vinyl liners.
  • Meeting and exceeding corporate sales goals and objectives.
  • Communicating and implementing sales programs to drive results.
  • Solving customer problems and acting as a key liaison between our customers and the company.

This role requires significant travel, up to 70%, but offers the autonomy to manage your territory effectively.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly organized and self-motivated professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in outside sales and customer management. Familiarity with the swimming pool and spa industry is a major plus.
  • Education: While a four-year degree is preferred, we value experience and will consider candidates with relevant professional backgrounds.
  • Skills: Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP software, strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to be diverse with daily responsibilities.
  • Mindset: A proactive, independent worker who is committed to achieving results and growing with our company.
