A well-established mid-sized law firm with a strong practice in real estate law, civil litigation, municipal law, and probate and estate planning is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience handling both real estate transactions and probate matters in a fast-paced legal environment. The candidate will be able to hit the ground running and doesn't require any training.
The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys, clients, lenders, and third parties to support residential and commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing while also assisting with estate and probate-related matters.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in paralegal studies, or similar.
- Post-bachelor's degree paralegal certification with a real estate focus preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a real estate paralegal.
- Extensive knowledge of real estate documents, contracts, applications, and submissions
- Competency in legal project management software, such as Qualia, TAS/TABs.
- Familiarity with Purchase, Sale and Refinancing transactions in both residential and commercial real estate, as well as Estate/Probate work.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel)
- Excellent time management and verbal skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Superb organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Light Bookkeeping and Accounting required (wires, check deposits, bank and client account reconciliation).
