Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from project kickoff through closeout. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractor relationships, client communications, and overall project execution while coordinating closely with field operations teams and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project kickoff meetings, pre-construction planning, and project mobilization activities.
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and distribute short-term lookahead schedules to project stakeholders.
- Manage and track Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and change orders.
- Ensure proper approval and documentation of change orders before work proceeds.
- Conduct regular site visits and coordinate subcontractor meetings.
- Monitor field performance and support project teams in achieving project objectives.
- Review project costs, forecast completion costs, and identify budget variances.
- Participate in project financial reviews and provide updates on project profitability.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and document project-related correspondence.
- Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, inspections, closeout documentation, and lien waivers.
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
- Strong understanding of construction project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and change order administration.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors across multiple construction trades.
- Experience with complex commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Proficiency with construction management software platforms such as Procore, Contractor Foreman, or similar systems.
- Strong organizational, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated client-facing experience and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
