Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables remain on track.
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and overall performance.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Drive accountability across project teams and proactively resolve issues before they impact project success.
- Support continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- 3 years of project management experience in telecommunications, low-voltage systems, construction, electrical contracting, or IT infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
- Experience with fiber optics, structured cabling, security systems, CCTV, access control, or network infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Procore, Monday.com, Primavera P6, or similar project management platforms.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
