Position Responsibilities
- Ensure the production of a high volume of different types of bread, in accordance with program guidelines.
- Make decisions and substitutions based on quality control or operational situations.
- Maintain a safe and orderly working environment, free of slip/trip hazards; ensure compliance with all site and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a culture champion and support/mentor team leaders.
- Deliver cost and performance goals; complete projects and assignments on time and according to plan.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, regulatory, and quality guidelines.
- Drive employee engagement by:

- Assessing performance
- Ensuring open communication
- Providing coaching
- Building a strong team atmosphere
- Develop procedures, protocols, and standardized work processes.
- Provide training to develop and grow direct reports.
- Manage all employee-related issues within the department.

- Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Demonstrate strategic collaboration with other departments.
- Clear understanding of P&L impact.
- Ability to lead a team while fostering a culture of inclusion and accountability.
- Minimum of five years of experience in food manufacturing, high-volume production, handling, storage, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment with reliability and responsiveness.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable to KPIs.
- Strong planning skills with the ability to organize tasks days and weeks in advance and communicate effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and train others.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English).
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills for both production and employee management.
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
