About the Role
We’re working with a growing manufacturing company in Lakeland that’s scaling quickly and looking to bring on a hands-on Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations.
This is a floor-driven leadership role where you’ll be responsible for driving accountability, improving processes, and leading a team of supervisors in a fast-paced production environment.
MUST HAVE (Non-Negotiable)
- Bilingual Spanish
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage daily production operations across multiple lines
- Drive KPIs, performance metrics, and operational improvements
- Hold supervisors and teams accountable to production goals
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (SQF)
- Monitor production output, reconcile shifts, and maintain accurate reporting
- Partner with leadership to improve processes and efficiency
- Train, mentor, and develop production staff
- Address performance issues and maintain structure on the floor
What They’re Looking For
- 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
- Strong floor presence – not a desk manager
- Proven ability to drive accountability and results
- Experience working in smaller or mid-sized companies preferred
- Data-driven mindset – comfortable working with metrics, percentages, and reporting
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus
Tech / Tools
- Microsoft Office required
- Power BI is a big plus
- Experience adapting to new systems (paper → digital environments)
