Key Responsibilities
- Review project specifications with sales representatives.
- Enter and manage jobs accurately within the production management system.
- Coordinate with prepress, digital printing, large format, finishing, and specialty production teams.
- Review print proofs for accuracy before customer approval.
- Manage the proof approval process and communicate updates with customers.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure quality, deadlines, and specifications are met.
- Perform final quality inspections before shipment or delivery.
- Coordinate shipping, deliveries, and customer pickups.
- Resolve production issues promptly to keep projects on schedule.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, communication, and production efficiency.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in print project management, production coordination, customer service, or a related print industry role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial print production processes.
- Ability to read and interpret print-ready files.
- Understanding of paper stocks, finishing methods, and large-format printing materials.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Graphic design experience is a plus.
- Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
