Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Identify and achieve patient-specific rehabilitation goals
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Improve patient function, mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Educate and motivate patients throughout the rehabilitation process
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Promote healthy lifestyles and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy
- Active Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commitment to professional growth and continuing education
- CPR Certification preferred
- Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
