Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a senior litigation attorney handling a high-volume caseload of complex personal injury matters. Key Responsibilities

• Assist a senior litigation attorney with an active personal injury litigation caseload
• Manage litigation matters in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia
• Prepare, draft, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Coordinate case files, discovery, and trial preparation
• Maintain and manage a high-volume caseload while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Communicate regularly with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and medical providers
• Schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation-related events
• Provide administrative and litigation support throughout all phases of the case
  
  

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex litigation matters simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
• Excellent typing, document preparation, and language skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude
