- Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled intervention for developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in EMR
- Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and other clinical team members for coordinated care
- Supervise COTAs and OT students (as applicable in full-time role)
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical needs
- Infants, toddlers, school-age children, and adolescents (2 weeks - 20 years)
- Common diagnoses include:
- Developmental delay
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD
- Sensory processing disorders
- Cerebral palsy and genetic/neurological conditions
- Full-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (W2) - Oklahoma City
- Salary: $60,000 - $85,000/year (DOE)
- Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends)
- 23-28 therapy hours/week with built-in documentation time
