We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage and process biweekly payroll operations for a large employee workforce. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, maintaining compliance with payroll regulations, and supporting employee payroll-related inquiries.

- Process biweekly payroll and ensure accuracy of employee time records, deductions, garnishments, tax withholdings, and benefit contributions
- Maintain and administer electronic timekeeping and payroll systems, including workforce management platforms
- Coordinate payroll-related activities with HR and Accounting to ensure accurate employee data management
- Update payroll records including compensation changes, deductions, transfers, scheduling updates, and benefit adjustments
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws, company policies, and internal controls
- Handle direct deposits, payroll audits, and payroll reporting functions
- Support 401(k) administration, reporting, audits, and payroll submissions
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll questions
- Maintain confidential payroll files and documentation
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing payroll records and reports
- Recommend process improvements related to payroll systems and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of payroll administration experience
- Experience with UKG payroll and workforce management systems strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multiple database systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
