- Conduct patient evaluations, physical examinations, and medical assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, infections, injuries, and chronic conditions.
- Perform urgent care procedures including suturing, splinting, injections, and pain management.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Provide patient education, follow-up recommendations, and referrals when needed.
- Oversee clinical processes and support mid-level providers.
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
- Active Delaware medical license (or ability to obtain).
- Prior clinical experience preferred.
- 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 7 days per week.
- Rotating schedule with some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Base salary starting at $300,000 with bonus potential.
- Ownership opportunities available.
