Job Description
Assist attorneys in various practice areas, including: personal injury, family law, civil litigation, collections, estate planning, and probate administration
Organize, maintain, and manage case files and legal documents
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
Provide outstanding client service and address inquiries effectively
Manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively as needed
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department
Experience With a General Practice Law Firm Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
