- 10-20 Patients Seen at a Time
- Only 2 Call Days per Month
- $5,000 Annual CME Allowance
- Community-based physician rounding in subacute skilled nursing facilities
- Flexible scheduling - you control your day
- Low census: 10-20 participants seen once weekly
- Lead clinical oversight and quality for provider services
- Collaborate with an experienced, supportive interdisciplinary team
- Serve as a physician leader and mentor to NPs and other providers
- Champion person-centered care for frail elderly participants
- Competitive physician salary commensurate with experience
- $5,000 annual CME allowance
- Only 2 call days per month
- Flexible scheduling with strong work-life balance
- Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement
- MD or DO with active state medical license
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (geriatrics preferred)
- DEA registration and ability to maintain hospital privileges
- Experience in primary care with frail or elderly populations
- Passion for mission-driven, whole-person care
Salary : $250,000 - $275,000
