Loan Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Process and maintain loan documentation for commercial, real estate, agricultural, and construction loans.
• Prepare loan documents using LaserPro and ensure accurate loan boarding and funding.
• Monitor insurance coverage on collateral and maintain compliance with bank policies.
• Process construction loan draws, review inspection reports, and maintain complete loan files.
• Print and distribute borrower statements and notices.
• Image, index, and maintain loan and customer documentation within the bank's core system.
• Provide administrative and operational support to lending and loan servicing teams.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-5 years of banking, loan operations, loan processing, or related administrative experience.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, general ledgers, and banking operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
