The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and experience in business, employment, and real estate litigation. Experience with securities litigation is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities Include
- Managing and supporting all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, briefs, and dispositive motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Participating in court appearances, hearings, and mediations
- Collaborating closely with partners on case strategy and client counseling
- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Graduation from a top law school with strong academic performance
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience in complex commercial litigation preferred
- Admission to the Minnesota bar required
- Additional state licensure is a plus

Salary : $125,000 - $155,000
