Our Client, a respected and established law firm in Charleston, SC, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage critical aspects of case progress.

- Draft, review, and respond to complex discovery requests.
- Prepare detailed medical chronologies and case summaries.
- Summarize deposition transcripts for attorney review.
- Coordinate and manage scheduling of depositions, hearings, and other key case events.
- Draft, issue, and track subpoenas.
- Monitor case timelines to ensure deadlines are met and consistently move cases forward.
- Identify and coordinate necessary reports, ensuring completion by appropriate attorney or staff.
- Maintain case files, manage documents, and support attorneys with trial preparation as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of discovery processes, legal procedures, and case management.
- Proficiency in preparing medical chronologies and deposition summaries.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with attorneys and staff.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and litigation support software preferred.
