Litigation Attorney

• The law firm is seeking an experienced and highly motivated litigation attorney to join its litigation practice group.
• This is a shareholder track position that offers a competitive salary and bonus system based upon merit and productivity.
  
  

The ideal candidate should have 4 years of substantive experience, to include:

• Excellent research and writing skills;
• Ability to manage complex discovery and litigation;
• Courtroom experience (motion practice, hearings);
• Superior skills at drafting pleadings and motions
  
  

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team on a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including personal injury, product liability, commercial litigation, construction litigation, employment law and worker's compensation.

• Primary duties would include assisting with case management, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and attending court hearings and depositions.
• Excellent communication and writing skills are required, as well as strong academic qualifications.
• An Illinois or Missouri license is required, and must be willing to obtain the additional license if they do not already have both.
